Each month, our butcher team hand-selects premium meats, specialty provisions, and recipe inspiration to help you cook with confidence and discover something new. Our butcher team builds each month's collection based on seasonality, availability, and products we're excited about.
Pick up on the first Friday, Saturday, or Sunday of each month. Delivery is available for Classic Cut members and included with Reserve.
Each month's box includes recipes, preparation tips, and ideas from our team.
Memberships require a three-month minimum commitment.
Life happens. Members can pause, postpone, or cancel their membership as long as changes are made before the last Tuesday of the month.
Reserve members are welcome to share requests and preferences. While we can't guarantee specific items, we'll do our best to accommodate when possible. The Meat Club is intentionally butcher-curated, which means part of the experience is discovering something new.
We'll do our best to work around preferences when possible. That said, each month's selections are built around what's available, what's tasting great, and what our team is excited to share, so customization is limited.
Pickup is available at our Charlotte shop on the first Friday, Saturday, or Sunday of each month. (If you sign up within 7 days of the first Friday of the month, your first pick up will begin the following month.)
Yes. Classic Cut memberships may be delivered for an additional $15 per month. Delivery is included with all Reserve memberships. All deliveries will be made after 12pm the first Friday of each month.

If your box isn't picked up by Sunday at 3PM, we'll freeze it and hold it for one additional week. After that, any unclaimed items will be donated to a local food pantry.
The Meat Club is currently available through our Charlotte location only.
