  • We offer a variety of meats, including beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and house-made sausages. We also feature rotating specialty cuts. 

  •  Yes, custom cuts are available. Speak with our knowledgeable butchers for special requests.

  • Simple answer: no. We don’t pay the government to give us that label. Our meats come from carefully selected farms that focus on what’s best for the land, the animals, and the consumers.

  • Yes, gift cards are available in-store and online.

  • Our beef is from the Wilkes Country area of Western NC: Apple Brandy Beef.  Our pork is from Hickory Nut Gap farms in Fairview NC, and Warren Wilson College in Swannanoa, NC.

  • We prioritize sourcing from farms with sustainable practices and humane treatment of animals.  Our beef is one of the most sustainable, regenerative, lowest carbon footprint for a system our size in the country. Our pork is from two very tiny projects here in WNC and their care and sustainability is second to none.

  • Shipping and delivery are possible, yes.  But we like to keep our footprint small - and would gladly connect you with a farm closer to you if we are able.
