Our Currywurst brings the bold, savory flavors of Germany’s iconic street food to your grill. Made with premium pork and seasoned with curry, black pepper, paprika, and a touch of sweetness, this sausage delivers a perfect balance of spice and richness.
INGREDIENTS
Our sausages are made with carefully selected trim from the entire hog. We only put lean meat and back fat into our sausages, making sure to trim out all the undesirable bits (ahem, unlike some other links out there). We season them, then add ingredients like fresh herbs and dried spices to give it that great texture and flavor. Like all our sausages we use a natural casing to finish off that crisp, hearty bite.
COOKING NOTES
A hint of ketchup in the mix nods to the traditional dish, making it ideal for serving with crispy fries and extra curry ketchup on top. Whether grilled, pan-seared, or sliced and smothered in sauce, this sausage is a must-try for fans of bold, flavorful eats.
