This is not your average dog. We repeat, this is not your average hot dog—this one has flavor. Like all our beef, this hot dog is dry aged, giving it a rich beef flavor and tender bite. Made with garlic and spices, then smoked, this is the hot dog to make you quit all other hot dogs.

INGREDIENTS

Our hot dog comes from the whole animal. That doesn’t mean what you think it means. From our dry aged beef, we mix choice pieces from the steaks to the roasts, always making sure to mix the perfect blend of meat and fat to achieve a flavorful, beefy dog every time. There’s no filler, just select cuts of beef. Ingredients: Beef, Milk Powder, Salt, Sugar, Paprika, Garlic, Black Pepper, Cure #1 (Sea Salt, Sodium Nitrite), Thyme, Cayenne, Mustard Seed, Mace, Bay Leaf

COOKING NOTES

All you need to do is heat this bad boy up. We like to sear in a hot pan or over the grill. Put it on your favorite bun and top with whatever suits you.
