Ingredients:

FOR PULLED CHICKEN

  • 3 lbs chicken breasts, (boneless, skinless), about 5-6 count

  • 3 Tablespoons Chop Shop X Spicewalla Chicken Rub

  • ½ medium Onion, grated (with juice)

  • 3 Tablespoons Butter

  • ½ Cup Franks red Hot 

  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

TO SERVE

  • Slaw

  • Slider Rolls

Instructions:

  1. In a 5-6 quart slow cooker, whisk together the Frank's Red Hot, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, grated onion with its juice, and Chop Shop X Spicewalla Chicken Rub to create a flavorful sauce.

  2. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the slow cooker and ensure they are evenly coated with the sauce. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and easily shreddable.

  3. Once the chicken is done, transfer it to a cutting board and use two forks to shred each breast. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker, stirring to coat it thoroughly with the delicious sauce.
