We make our sausages and charcuterie from our supply of all-natural meats….no conventional filler or mystery meats, ever! We make our sausages and charcuterie in house in small batches. We carry a variety of fresh sausages and many that are smoked in our on-site smokehouse. We carry a lot of traditional flavors but we also love to get creative to produce some out-of-this-world flavors. We’ll keep you up to date through our mailing list, Facebook, and this website as to what is in stock each week.
We also make our own smoked and cured bacons, pâté, terrines, pastrami, and brisket that will be available. Additionally, with our smokehouse and roaster the opportunities are endless with what we can prepare for you. Smoked chicken wings for football? Check. Smoked turkey for Thanksgiving? Check. House made corned beef? Check. You get the idea. We’ll also keep you up to date with what we have available each week. However, if you have a special request please let us know and we’ll do our best to get it prepared for you.
